Don Rice
President

As President of Synergy Financial Partners, Don plays a key role in one of the fasted growing Financial Marketing Organizations in the industry. Don grew up on a farm in Sumter, SC where he enjoyed the Great Outdoors. He joined the U.S. Navy out of high school, which gave him the opportunity to grow as a person and to travel the world. After serving 5 years as a Weapons Specialist in the Navy, he attended Cal State University, Fullerton and obtained a Business Degree. After a few years in the IT industry, he transitioned into Finance as an Advisor, Educator, and Public Speaker, where he now has over 20 years of experience. Don views what he does as a lifelong passion of Service and helping others. Most of his clients have become very good friends over the years. He is married to his beautiful wife, Yvette, and they have 2 children: Donnie & Kayli.

Dave Wolf
CEO & Founder of Consumer Information Services

David is instrumental in developing and overseeing one of our most successful marketing systems.

Dave grew up in Fairview Heights IL just 20 minutes East of St. Louis MO. He is an avid hunter and fisherman. Dave has 3 brothers and is the 2nd oldest. Dave had a scholarship to Northeast MO State University (Truman State) to play Football. Due to injuries, Dave decided to pursue his studies and became involved in competitive bodybuilding. He began his career in mechanical design/drafting, and AUTO CAD where he developed a passion for Personal Computers which led to his involvement in the Financial Industry.

Dave has been in the Financial Industry since 1992, where he worked in every facet of the industry, from lead procurement where he was responsible for all marketing and phone personnel, financial agent recruiting, training and management, to the development of lead systems and he is a personal producer of annuities and life insurance products.

Dave’s vast experience in all levels of the insurance industry played a key role in his development and implementation of very successful marketing systems in the Insurance Industry.

Dave has been married since 1989 to his wonderful wife Maggie. They have 3 beautiful children; Kaitlin 30, Elizabeth 28, David 22 and soon their first granddaughter, “Maeve”.

Michele Capozzi
Director of Operations

Michele Capozzi is the Director of Operations for Synergy Financial Partners. Michele has been with SFP for the past 10 years. Michele specializes in agent contracting and onboarding, benefits planning, investments, and retirement planning. She has helped countless clients create and execute plans for securing their financial future. She believes in client education and strives to empower clients so that they are able to make sound financial decisions for their future. Michele grew up on Long Island and moved to Cumming, GA in 2006 where she currently resides. Michele and her husband, Mike have 6 kids, Marisa 27, Monica 26, Aubrey 25, Jimmy 24, Averry 21 and Austin 19.

Kayli Rice
Social Media & Marketing

Kayli Rice is Synergy Financial Partners' Director of Marketing and Emerging Media. Kayli oversees the daily operations of SFP's Social Media accounts, Print Marketing, Agent Portal, Agent Portfolio Builders, and more. Kayli also assists in creating marketing material and campaigns for SFP's YES Program, VETS Program and MAG Life (Medical Association of Georgia).

Kayli joined SFP as an intern in 2017 and continued on as an agent through the YES Program while attending Kennesaw State University. Kayli graduated in 2021 with a degree in Journalism and Emerging Media, and went on to become the Director of Marketing and Emerging Media in 2021.

Jason Ray
YES College Coordinator

Jason Ray is our highly accomplished YES Program Collegiate Coordinator at Synergy Financial Partners, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his impressive coaching career. Former student-athlete and graduate of the University of Missouri in 2007, Jason spent 13 seasons coaching at the division one level, making significant contributions at various institutions including Wyoming, Oklahoma State University, the University of Northern Iowa, Missouri State University, North Dakota State, and most recently Kansas State University. Prior to his coaching career he worked in development with the Tiger Scholarship fund at his Alma mater.

Now, as a part of the leadership team at Synergy Financial Partners, Jason plays a pivotal role in the implementation and development of the Young Entrepreneurs System (YES) Program, which aims to support and empower young entrepreneurs through their internship journey. His dedication and passion for helping student-athletes in Oklahoma, Kansas, and the state of Missouri pave the way for their success both on and off the field. Jason's expertise and commitment make him an invaluable asset to SFP, as he continues to make a positive impact in the lives of aspiring professionals. YES!
